We regard our staff as our most valued
asset; therefore, we screen them thoroughly. As such, our
screening procedures include a work history check, criminal
background check, current CPR certification check, a physical,
and PPD check.
Our Nursing Assistants are required to
have current certification and be licensed by the State of
Connecticut. Further, we select our staff on the basis of
their professionalism, generosity, kindness and excellent
customer service skills.
We are therefore confident in their ability
to provide superior quality care, while maintaining the confidentiality
of those clients we are privileged to serve.
